rosanafut_oficial A Cycle of Learning, Dedication and Gratitude
Today, my cycle leading the U-20 Women’s Team comes to an end.
Early, perhaps unexpected, but full of meaning. These were intense days of deep learning, growth, challenges overcome and, above all, total dedication. Every moment lived, every look exchanged, every word spoken built this journey with a greater purpose: to develop, transform and inspire.
I am immensely grateful. To each athlete who gave their best, who trusted the process, who dedicated themselves body and soul. To each member of the coaching staff, who worked tirelessly, who put love into every detail and made this journey a space for evolution. To all the people who, in some way, were by our side, contributing to making this dream possible. None of this would have been possible without you.
There were many challenges, but also many achievements. Not only on the field, but in essence. We were able to rescue and value each player and show that football is much more than just victories and defeats. It is about people, about stories, about the strength of those who believe.
